Pictofun – Berndt Garbotz, Poschinger Str. 10, 12157 Berlin is offering the app „Flappy Tappy Soccer Challenge“ for usage. During the use of the app it results to the following depicted data processing operations in terms of any personal data:

    1. 1.1.When installing the app, Google Play Store collects various data. The detailed extent results from the privacy policy of Google Play Store at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/ . 

    2. 1.2.The further data, which are also collected anonymously are only collected for technical maintenance and further development as well as for warranty purposes.  

    3. 1.3.Our apps contain among other things advertisments. They are played in by Unity Ads and Google Admob. Regarding Google Admob, the above-mentioned privacy policy applies to Google, while the Privacy Statement for Unity Ads is available here: https://unity3d.com/en/legal/privacy-policy . Personal data will only be forwarded insofar as you are participating in a personalised advertising program  such as Google Ads.     4. 1.4.We do not collect any personal data. 

 

  1. 2.Google Analytics 

We use Google Analytics, an analytic service of Google Inc. („Google“). Google Analytics uses „Cookies“, small text files that are stored on your computer that enable us to analyse your use of the app. The information collected by the Cookie concerning your use of the website are transferred to a server of Google in the USA and is stored and processed there.

Due to the activation of the IP-anonymisation used in this app, your IP-address is truncated by Google within a member state of the European Union or a member state of the European Economic Area. Only in rare incidents the full IP-address is transferred to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. Google will use the information on our behalf to analyse the use of this app, to produce reports about the activities in the app and to provide other services related tot he use of the app.

The IP address transferred from your app to Google Analytics will not be combined with any other data by Google.

We work exclusively with experienced providers such as Google and Google has committed itself to comply with German data protection regulations by concluding a data processing agreement.

 

  1. 4.Right of Access, Rectification, Erasure  

You have the right to be provided with information free of charge on personal data about you stored by us.

If the inquiry is not made in writen form, in particular via e-mail or telephone, a postal address is needed to which we should send the information.

We may request a proof of identity in an appropriate form.

Specifying the same information as above, you could request anytime the deletion of your data, provided other legal grounds do not permit or make a further storage necessary.
